The third annual Melbourne Tweed Ride was held on Sunday November 27, 2011.
La La Productions worked with The Vintage Cycle Club of Victoria and The Squeaky Wheel on event production and communications including web production, event logistics, social, press and outreach.
The event commenced at Birrarung Marr and concluded at Paris to Provence French Festival, with a slow ride in between. Riders were in great spirits and enjoyed french bubbles and picnics at their destination.
The event was a huge success, drawing record numbers of approximately 200 riders and gaining significant press coverage. We also secured the support of eight local businesses as product sponsors.
